Competitive Program Terms and Conditions 2011-2012

1.All fees listed must be paid with post-dated cheques by Sept. 28, 2011.

2.Registration fee - $35.00 per family (non-refundable) includes registration with RG Alberta and RG Canada. This amount is included in the first post-dated cheque.

3.These are the base fees for the full year, from September to June. Performing, Competition, Event costs, Costumes & Apparatus, and Training during Events, are not included.

4.Programs run for 37 weeks from Sept. 13 - June 17.

5.All families are required to participate in fundraising and volunteer activities. Each family of the competitive gymnast is required to supply, as a fundraising security deposit, two (2) $100 post-dated cheques (Jan 1/12 and May 1/12) at the time of registration.

6.Payment plan: Total payment in one cheque or three post-dated cheques to be dated Oct 1/11; Jan 1/12; April 1/12, and submitted with signed Registration Form, PIPEDA Form, and fundraising cheques. Please make cheques payable to ERGC. All cheques and forms must be submitted by Sept. 28, 2011. ( - Alternative plan available, see Full Competitive Terms & Conditions)

7.If an athlete wishes to terminate their enrolment from a program, a minimum of two weeks’ written notice must be given before the beginning of the following session. No refund will be made for missed classes.

8.Each gymnast will be under a 6-week trial period at the start of their competitive season. After this
period, the Head Coach may reassign the gymnast to another program/class if they deem it is necessary.

9.It is the head coach's discretion to reschedule cancelled classes. In the event that classes cannot be
rescheduled, a refund will be distributed at the end of the year or applied to outstanding balances.
