Recreational Programs

Recreational Programs Terms and Conditions 2011-2012

1. Programs run from 32-37 weeks from September to June in three sessions:
· Fall (September 17 - December 20)
· Winter (January 9 - March 23) and
· Spring (April 2 - June 17)
Minimum class size is 6, maximum 12 gymnasts.

2. Registration Fee - $25.00/year/family (non-refundable) includes registration with RG Alberta and RG Canada.

3. Payment plan: Total payment in one cheque or three post-dated cheques to be dated Oct 1/11; Jan 1/12 ; April 1/12 and submitted with signed Registration Form, PIPEDA Form, and Registration Fee. Please, make cheques payable to ERGC.

4. No participation will be allowed without accepted registration and fees.

5. All families are expected to participate in volunteer activities.

6. Written notice of termination must be received two (2) weeks prior to the beginning of the following session. No refund will be made for missed classes.
