Recreational Programs Terms and Conditions

1. Classes run for 36 weeks from September to June in three sessions:
 Minimum class size is 6, maximum 12 gymnasts.

2. Registration Fee - $20.00/year/family (non-refundable) includes registration with RG Alberta and RG Canada.

3. Payment plan: Total payment in one cheque or three post-dated cheques to be dated Oct 1/08; Jan 1/09 ; April 1/09 and submitted with sign Registration Form and Registration Fee. Please, make cheques payable to ERGC.

4. No participation will be allowed without accepted registration and fees.

5. All families are expected to participate in volunteer activities.

6. Written notice of termination must be received two (2) weeks prior to termination date for a refund.


Competitive Program Terms and Conditions

1. Registration fee - $20.00 per family (non-refundable) includes registration with RG Alberta and RG Canada.

2. Fees are based on the full year and can be paid in 9 monthly instalments September through June. Post-dated cheques should be made payable for the first of each month. Make cheques payable to ERGC.

3. All families are required to participate in fundraising and volunteer activities. This is a CASINO year for ERGC. The CASINO will be held on October 29 & 30 of 2008. Each family of the competetive gymnast is required to supply volontiers for two shifts of the CASINO and submit, as a fundraising security deposit, two (2) $100 post-dated cheques (November 1st, 2008) at time of registration.

4. Please fill out, sign and return the registration form together with your complete series of post-dated cheques, including the fundraising cheques and registration fee.

5. Notice of termination must be received two weeks prior to the beginning of a new month for a refund.
